A .focusflow file is a plain UTF-8 JSON document with a .focusflow extension. It is FocusFlow's native backup and schedule exchange format — the app can export its entire state (all tasks, settings, blocking config, and user profile) into one file and reimport it on any device running FocusFlow.

Each element of the tasks array must be a valid Task object. All fields are required unless marked OPT.

Focus Mode & focusAllowedPackages

When a task with focusMode: true starts, FocusFlow's Accessibility Service writes the allowed-package list to SharedPreferences and blocks every foreground app not on it. The blocking is active for the exact duration of the task and released when it ends or is marked complete.
