Your data rights, clearly explained.
FocusFlow stores all your data locally on your device — nothing is ever sent to our servers. This page explains your rights and how to exercise them.

Your rights at a glance
Right to Access
You can view all data FocusFlow stores at any time directly inside the app — tasks, block lists, stats, and settings.
Right to Correction
Edit or update any information (tasks, rules, preferences) at any time from within the app.
Right to Deletion
Delete individual records in the app, or wipe all data instantly via Android Settings → Apps → FocusFlow → Clear Data, or by uninstalling the app.
Right to Portability
Export a full backup of your data at any time using the Backup & Restore feature inside FocusFlow Settings.
Right to Object
Revoke any Android permission (Accessibility, Usage Stats, Draw over Other Apps) at any time in Android Settings. The affected features will stop collecting that data.
No Server Data
FocusFlow has no backend database. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no personal data stored on TBTechs servers — ever.
What data FocusFlow stores
- Tasks & schedules — stored on-device in SQLite.
- App block lists & allowlists — stored on-device in SQLite and SharedPreferences.
- Focus session history & statistics — stored locally; never transmitted.
- App settings & preferences — stored in Android SharedPreferences.
- Blocked-app intercept log — stored locally; viewable and clearable inside the app.
- Custom overlay wallpaper (if set) — stored in app-private storage on your device.
How to delete your data right now
- Individual records: Delete tasks, block rules, or logs directly inside the FocusFlow app.
- All app data: Android Settings → Apps → FocusFlow → Storage → Clear Data. This is instant and permanent.
- Uninstall: Uninstalling FocusFlow removes all associated data from your device.
Third-party data sharing
FocusFlow does not share any data with third parties. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash-reporting services, or cloud APIs embedded in the app.
